Meet the administrative and logistics team at Say What?

Nicolás and Laura, the founders of Say What? come from a family of educators. They have more than 10 years of experience in the educational sector. 7 years ago they decided to join forces to create Say What?.

Laura Duarte Bateman

The operational head

Daughter of teachers, former student of Colegio Nueva Granada, and journalist and writer by profession. He works as Chief of Operations at Say What? and handles communications for a nonprofit organization that fights for the release of immigrant detainees in California. He considers that curiosity is an essential ingredient of education: it is the only thing capable of igniting the spark of love for knowledge.

Nicholas Barrera Bateman

the administrative head

Nicolás is an entrepreneur with more than 7 years of experience in business creation. He graduated from Mechanical Engineering in 2013.

Nicolás is the Executive Director of Say What? and is developing two other companies.

He thinks that education is essential for the development of any society.

Valentina Jaramillo

The logistics head

Valentina is an industrial designer with studies in digital marketing. She works as Community Manager and Logistics Coordinator at Say What?, a job that has allowed her to develop her talents as a designer, but has also led her to discover two new passions: creativity and service. Valentina is the founder of Crecemos, a design and digital marketing company.
